Megatron Helmet Relief Concept

Concept for Megaton's helmet relief detail. I had the inclination to make Megatron ornate and beautiful, to underline both his regal qualities as well as his egocentric side. Here, Megatron is depicted commanding an army of Decepticons into battle. I posed this idea to Michael Bay, who loved and adopted the idea. The only change was that he asked for Optimus to be on the other side.
